Why everything is priced by length
A base colour on shoulder length hair takes one tube and forty minutes. The same colour on hair past the waist takes three tubes and twice the chair time. Salons that quote one price for everybody are either overcharging short hair or losing money on long hair, and the second one usually turns into a different number at the counter. Ours are published by length so nothing moves at the end.
The four smoothing treatments, and which is which
Rebonding, also sold as extenso, permanently straightens the hair it is applied to. Brazilian keratin smooths and reduces frizz without making the hair poker straight, and it washes out over three to five months. Keratox and hair botox are repair treatments rather than straightening ones, aimed at damage and dryness. Which one you want depends on whether you are trying to change the shape of your hair or the condition of it, and those are different jobs.
What we will refuse
Bleach on hair that has already been rebonded and is snapping. A full head of highlights on top of a colour that has to come out first. Keratin over a scalp that is reacting. We would rather lose the booking than hand you back hair you have to cut off, and we will tell you at the consultation, not halfway through.
Why it matters
Hair is the service this studio is known for and the page that already brings the most people to this website. It is also where the market is at its worst on price. A quote given at the door and a different number at the counter is normal here, and it is why everything in this studio is published by length. Nobody has to negotiate. You can read what it costs before you leave the house.

Metal implements are sterilised between clients. Files, buffers and anything that cannot be sterilised is used once and thrown away.

Sometimes, and rarely in one sitting. Correcting a bad box dye or a bleach that has gone brassy usually takes two or three appointments spaced out, and we will say so before taking the booking.
