Older lasers struggle on Fitzpatrick skin types four and five because they cannot tell the difference between pigment in the hair and pigment in the skin. Anyone promising permanent removal in three sessions is selling. Patch test
A small area is treated and we wait to see how your skin answers before booking the full session.
Prep
Shave the area the day before. Do not wax or thread for four weeks beforehand, because the follicle needs to be there.
The session
Cool gel, then the handpiece. Underarms take about fifteen minutes, full legs closer to an hour.
Aftercare
No sun, no hot showers, no gym for forty eight hours. Sunscreen daily, which matters more in Peshawar than most places.

Yes, but you have to be disciplined about sun. Treated skin is more sensitive for a week or two, and Peshawar sun in June will undo the work and risk pigmentation. If you cannot avoid the sun, winter is the easier season to start.
