What goes in the cocktail
It depends what we are treating. Brightening blends for melasma and uneven tone, hyaluronic acid and vitamins for dehydration and dullness, and different formulations again for the scalp. The mix is chosen at the consultation. Anybody using the same cocktail for every patient is using it as a product rather than a treatment.

Most people with melasma or dull, dehydrated skin have a shelf of serums that have done very little, and they conclude that their skin is the problem. It usually is not. The problem is delivery, because the outer layer of skin exists specifically to stop substances getting in. How mesotherapy runs, step by step
Consultation
We decide the cocktail based on what we are treating, not a standard house blend.
Numbing
Cream for twenty to thirty minutes, because this is a series of many small injections.
Treatment
Thirty minutes of fine, shallow injections across the area.
Recovery
Small raised bumps for a few hours to a day, then nothing. Sunscreen daily.
Creams stop at the barrier. This goes underneath it.

Patch tested before the first full session
Anything involving a laser or a needle is tested on a small area first. We would rather lose a booking than treat skin we have not tested.
