What botox does, and what it does not
Botulinum toxin relaxes the specific muscle it is placed into, so the lines that muscle creates soften. It works on expression lines across the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. It does nothing for lines that are there when your face is still, because those are volume and texture problems and need a different answer. Anyone offering botox for everything is not assessing your face.
Fillers replace volume, they do not lift
Hyaluronic acid filler puts back what has been lost, along the cheekbone, in the tear trough, in the lips or at the jaw. Placed well it looks like nothing was done. Placed badly, or overfilled to make a package look worth the money, it reads immediately. We would rather put in less and see you again in two weeks than overfill and dissolve it.
Why it matters
Injectables are the treatment people most want and are most afraid of, and both are reasonable. Done by someone who knows the anatomy, a small amount of toxin in the right muscle or half a millilitre of filler along a cheekbone is invisible work that just makes you look rested. Done by whoever is holding the syringe at a home salon, it is the overfilled, frozen look everybody recognises, and it is far harder and more expensive to reverse than it was to do. The difference is not the product. It is who is placing it and whether they are willing to use less than you asked for.

Patch tested before the first full session
Anything involving a laser or a needle is tested on a small area first. We would rather lose a booking than treat skin we have not tested.

You leave the consultation with the number of sessions, the spacing and the full cost in writing, before you commit to anything.

Every treatment on this site carries its price. You will not be quoted a different figure because of how you dressed for the consultation.
Botox and fillers questions we are asked
Not if the dose is right. A frozen face comes from too much product placed without regard for how you actually move. We start conservative and review at two weeks, which is when we can add rather than wish we had used less.
Four to six months for most people, less on strong muscles and in the first year while the muscle is still strong. Fillers last six months to two years depending on the product and the area.
Hyaluronic acid filler is, with an enzyme that dissolves it. That is one of the reasons we use it rather than permanent products, which are far harder to correct.
From PKR 25,000, and 20,000 for underarm treatment for excessive sweating. Filler starts at 35,000 per millilitre.
Yes. Expect small red marks for a few hours and occasional bruising with filler. No lying flat, no gym and no facials for twenty four hours.
