What to expect
The slot you pick is held, not promised
A slot stops being offered once it is taken, so the times you can see are times that are genuinely free. We still confirm on WhatsApp, because a booking form cannot tell whether the treatment you chose needs longer than the slot allows.
The clinic side and the studio side
Skin treatments are done by Dr. Warda Nasir Mohib on the clinic side. Hair, nails, makeup and beauty are on the Makeup Studio side, which is females only. You can book from both in one go, just say so in the note.
Bring photographs if the problem is on your skin
For pigmentation, acne or scarring, a photograph in daylight tells us more than a description does. It is the fastest way to find out whether the treatment you have in mind is the one you actually want.
Questions about booking
No. The booking form takes no deposit and no card. You pick a time and we confirm it on WhatsApp.
It is the published price for what you selected, and it is the same number you will see at the counter. A few treatments are quoted at consultation instead, because the honest figure depends on your case. Those say so on the form rather than showing a guess.
You see a reference number on screen straight away, and the booking lands with the clinic. We confirm the time on WhatsApp. If the slot has gone in the meantime we will offer you the nearest one rather than quietly moving you.
Yes. Add as many as you like and the estimate updates as you go. Tell us in the note if you want them on the same visit and we will check there is enough time in the slot.
