Why cold works on fat and not on skin
Fat cells crystallise at a higher temperature than the skin and tissue around them. A controlled cooling applicator holds the area at that temperature long enough to damage the fat cells while leaving skin, nerves and muscle intact. The damaged cells are then cleared out by the body over eight to twelve weeks, which is why the result appears slowly.
Who it will not work for
It removes a pocket, not a size. If your goal is to lose fifteen kilos, this is not the treatment and we will say so at the consultation rather than take the booking. It works on love handles, the lower belly, the bra line, inner thighs and upper arms, in people who are already close to their normal weight and have a specific area that will not respond.
Why it matters
There is a specific frustration that brings people in for this: you have lost the weight, you are training, and there is still a pocket at the flank or the lower belly that has not moved in a year. That pocket is not a discipline problem, it is where your body stores fat, and no amount of extra cardio targets it. Cryolipolysis is the non surgical way to reduce it. What it is not is a shortcut around weight loss, and we are strict about saying so at the consultation rather than after you have paid for three sessions.

How fat freezing runs, step by step
Assessment
We check whether what you want treated is actually fat, because loose skin needs tightening rather than freezing.
Applicator placement
A gel pad protects the skin, then the applicator draws the area in and begins cooling.
Forty to sixty minutes
Intense cold for the first ten minutes, then the area numbs and most people work or read through it.
The wait
Massage of the area afterwards, then eight to twelve weeks while the body clears the treated cells.

Patch tested before the first full session
Anything involving a laser or a needle is tested on a small area first. We would rather lose a booking than treat skin we have not tested.

Every treatment on this site carries its price. You will not be quoted a different figure because of how you dressed for the consultation.
Fat freezing questions we are asked
For a defined pocket of fat in someone near their normal weight, yes, with a realistic expectation of around twenty to twenty five percent reduction in that pocket per session. For general weight loss it does not work and we will tell you that.
Intense cold and a strong pulling sensation for the first ten minutes, then the area goes numb. Afterwards it can be tender and tingly for a week as sensation returns.
Some change at four weeks, the real result between eight and twelve weeks. Photographs at week twelve are the fair comparison.
PKR 30,000 for a small area and 40,000 for medium or large areas. Three or more sessions on the same area gives a meaningful change.
The treated cells are gone permanently. The remaining cells can still enlarge if you gain weight, so the result holds as long as your weight does.
